二氧化碳储罐的长处

关于液氧储罐的使用注意事项
液氧储罐的使用与lng储罐等一样，在使用的时候要注意很多事项，这里本文主要是针对夏季使用液氧储罐和贮槽的相关注意事项做下介绍。
　　在夏季，除了高温还有一个就是多余，这对于液氧储罐的用户来说，要特别注意一下，以免因操作不当而引起事故。
　　1、在夏季我们一定要对液氧储罐采取防雷接地，并避免遭受雷击引起爆炸。
　　2、液氧储罐不准满罐，大充装量为几何容积的95%.
　　3、一定要避免使用压力**过设计压力。
　　4、重点采取防止日晒雨淋的措施。
　　5、后我们一定要定期检查储罐保温措施，这样才能更好的防止绝热功能丧失而引起液氧储罐**压爆炸。
　　有关液氧储罐的贮槽的应用要点知识大家都了解了吗？为了更好的帮助到大家了解，我们今天就重点来给大家介绍一下液氧储罐的贮槽知识：
　　1、贮槽的充满率不得大于95%,严禁过量充装；
　　2、贮槽内有液体时，禁止动火修理，必须加温至常温才能修理；
　　3、贮槽安装场所应有良好的通风，一般宜安装在室外，四周有栅栏，5m内不得有明火、可燃易爆物及低洼处；
　　4、贮槽必须有导除静电的接地装置和防雷击装置。防静电接地电阻不大于10Ω；防雷击装置大冲击电阻为30Ω，并至少每年检测一次；
　　5、当贮槽已经排空液体，又不能马上进行加热时，必须立即关闭全部阀门。因为槽内温度很低，湿空气会通过相连的管道侵入内部，造成结冰堵塞管道的事故。

2.4.1液体二氧化碳的正常排放是在储罐增压后，开启V2排液阀，V3回气阀，液体二氧化碳便流入汽化器汽化，供使用点使用。

充液的操作如下：

2.1.1 储罐吹除置换干净达到要求后，将充液管线与储罐的充液接头连接，液位计组合阀处于平衡状态准备充液。

制作原理
压缩空气储罐设计
